- Rinkoto is an AI chat widget for websites. The AI answers visitors around the clock using your business information, and hands the conversation to the owner in personal Telegram or the web inbox when a human is needed. Telegram messages land in the same inbox; VK, Avito and MAX are connected by hand.
- Do I need a separate app?
- No. You can reply from the personal Telegram you already have, or from the web inbox in your browser. There is no separate mobile app to install.
- How long does installation take?
- The widget is one line of code in your site template, which usually takes a few minutes. After that you connect a Telegram bot and fill in your business details so the AI can answer from them.
- What happens outside business hours?
- You set your schedule. Outside those hours the widget tells visitors the team is offline, the AI keeps answering questions, and the visitor can leave a callback request that arrives in your Telegram immediately.
- Will the widget slow my site down?
- The widget bundle is about 30 KB and loads asynchronously without blocking rendering. It is isolated in a Shadow DOM, so it does not conflict with your styles or scripts.
- How much does it cost?
- Pricing is a subscription plus packs of “AI answers” — you pay for messages the AI actually handled. The service is in early access and terms are agreed individually, so message us on Telegram.
